- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I just want to update on my prior review of this agent's poor customer service and overbilling. Allstate finally finished their review and refunded the overbilled amounts but it took them more than a year. In all that time Bergantz steadfastly refused to reimburse the overpayments, and was rude and demeaning in his handling of my complaint.
