  Regarding Devyn McPhee: we do our best to field question by phone, with a limited staff. As we are a broker of insurance, we are not part of the claims process. We could not help you that day, because you could not provide the insurance carrier of the client that hit you. I'm sorry I got frustrated, but you did not have any desire to try to listen to me and help resolve your issue. claims are to be reported directly to insurance companies, without that information we have no idea where to forward the report to. in the absence of that information, a citizen's next resource is the DMV. By making an accident report at the DMV, a process will be started that will ultimately provide the information needed. Once again I apologize for my frustration. Solutions to problems are found by communication and listening. I think we ALL need to start listening, rather than talking AT each other.
