- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Waited in exam room for a very long time. Diagnosed and recommended $450 orthotic inserts for my 14 year old. Dismissed that pain could be from an injury. Rescheduling for fitting would cost another hi copay. When I asked dr bean to write down the diagnosis I was referred to a patient portal and told I would have the details of visit in a couple of days on line. After three days they couldn't even tell me over the phone. Two weeks later it was finally on line. Dr bean stated he conferred with me about options of surgery, pm injections, shoe modifications and specialized padding. ALL UNTRUE. He offered very expensive orthotics that were not covered by insurance. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE TAHOE ORTHO AND FRACTURE CLINIC. Dr card took the time to explain everything and recommended a more definitive MRI and preliminarily diagnosed an injury. WHAT A WASTE OF TINE AND MONEY GOING TO DR BEAN.
